Shipping Policy


    • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
    • Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us to confirm.
    • If you need any help with your order, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. We will not be able to change your order after it has shipped.
    • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. If an order returns due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.


      • We are located in the United States and ship all orders from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. Shipping time depends upon shipping method, package size, and destination.
      • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
      • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. The carrier provides transit times and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.
      • Shipping time does not include the day you place your order or the time to process the order. Weekends are not considered transit days for any of the below shipping methods. 


        • As an added measure of security, all orders over $200 require a signature confirmation at the time of delivery. If you cannot sign for the package, you may contact the carrier to schedule re-delivery at a more convenient time or to pick up the package from the carrier's office. There will be no additional fee or charge to you, as this is a complimentary add-on to ensure the safe arrival of your items.
        • If you want to void the signature configuration, please contact us or include it in the notes at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and your order over $200 will not be eligible for a refund without a signature confirmation. 


          • USPS Ground Advantage: Domestic deliveries arrive in 3-6 business days, depending on where your package is going. This service is a low cost option.
          • USPS Priority Mail: Domestic deliveries arrive in 2-4 business days, depending on where your package is going. This service is for packages weighing over 16 oz.
          • USPS Priority Express Mail: Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-2 business days, depending on where your package is going. This does not include the day we drop the package off at the carrier.
          • UPS Next Day: 1-2 business days. Orders must be placed by noon CST. Weekends are not considered transit days.
          • UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days. Orders must be placed by noon CST. Weekends are not considered transit days.
          • For standard shipping, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
          • We strive to get your purchases to you quickly. However, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.


          • We currently only ship to the United States and Canada, 
          • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which incurs once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 
          • We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have sent items to the carrier. We cannot track the package once it leaves the U.S. If you are concerned about this, please purchase insurance. 


            • International delivery estimates are average delivery times. Expect shipping delays during the holiday seasons.  
            • USPS First-Class Package International: Deliveries arrive in 7-14 business days but vary by destination. This service is for packages weighing less than 4lbs (64oz).
            • USPS Priority Mail International:Deliveries arrive in 6-10 business days, depending on the destination. This service is for packages weighing over 4lbs (64oz).
            • USPS Priority Mail Express International: Deliveries arrive in 3-5 business days but vary by destination. 
            • UPS Worldwide Expedited: Deliveries arrive in 3-10 business days but vary by destination. 2 business days to Canada. 2-3 business days to Mexico. Delivery by end of day. 
            • UPS Worldwide Saver: Deliveries arrive in 2-7 business days but vary by destination. Next business day to Canada. 2-3 business days to Europe and Latin America. Typically within 2-3 business days to Asia. Delivery by end of day. 
            • UPS Worldwide Express: Next business day to Canada. 2 business days to Europe and Latin America. 2-3 business days to Asia. 
            • UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days but vary by destination. 
              • The actual number of days may vary based on destination and custom delays.
              • We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event for international orders. We strive to get your purchases to you quickly. However, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times or custom delays. 

              LOCAL PICKUP

              • If you live in Bethel Park or the surrounding area and want to pick up your order, please choose local pickup at checkout. 
              • Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days.
              • We will send you a confirmation e-mail when the order is ready for pickup.

              DIGITAL PRODUCTS

              • Personalized printable invitations and free printable downloads are digital items only. No items will be shipped.
              • Free printable downloads will be processed immediately. You will receive an email with the order receipt and download instructions.
              • We email custom printable invitations in the file format you selected within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 
                • We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products. Please contact us about any problems with your order.


                  • If your order status indicates Delivered, but you can't locate the package, it's possible the carrier marked it delivered by accident. Carriers typically resolve this error within a day or two. 
                  • Meanwhile, we recommend the following:
                    • Check around the property and with all household members to ensure they did not accept the package. 
                    • Check with your neighbors to see if the package may have been delivered there.
                    • If you live in an apartment complex, please get in touch with your building manager to see if they are holding your package at their office. 
                    • Call your local post office with the tracking number and ask if they can further assist you. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you.
                  • If your order ends up lost or stolen, please contacgt us and we will file a claim for you. 
                  • Refunds will be granted no earlier than 5 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
